Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Tim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Tim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
