Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.
