Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Vicky was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vicky decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
