History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Maynild has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Maynild fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a black collared shirt and brown pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and balancing his hectic life and new stylist responsibilities is difficult

He wears various colorful collared shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a rapier. He wears his white hair down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Simon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has decided he is irredeemable
