Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Jeweler who has hired her part-time. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cecily is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Slave Trader. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
