History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Vicky was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vicky decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
