History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He tends to his Bellfounder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.
