Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cecily is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A gifted student he started as a Crown-heir, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a crown-heir again

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
