History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Jacoba was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jacoba decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bellfounder. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
