He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Charles speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. History: He was born in a small desert village. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
