History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants her loneliness to end
