Description: This southern man wears bulky brown painted plate armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is short and auburn. He has gray eyes.
Personality: John speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. John is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.
Motivation: Revenge; and regain custody of his son

Description: This malnourished man wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a yellow coat. His white hair is thinning but still full. His ears are large.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Odo took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His silver hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rolf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
