History: Melissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
