Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Conrad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Ploughman, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a ploughman and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the north. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
