History: Born in the east to a Shipwright, Williamina learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
