Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Mayor soon after.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Justin learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.
