History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He takes great joy in being the best Fortune-teller in town.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
