History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Avice was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture
