History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
