History: Arnold was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Avice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Jane and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is content.

He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a great chef.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
