History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Avice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She's also a talented Bather, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and balancing her hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the north to a Priest, Oriel learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
