History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Helen never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
