She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, and her gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. She wears her chestnut hair up. Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Hugolina liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He now mingles about in high society.

She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on her left hand. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Melissa speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
