Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: An older woman who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured, she is not a threatening figure. She has a very tight haircut. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Miller arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing a long, black cloak. His black hair is braided into rings. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wishes to resurrect an old love
