He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter father left him crippled. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
