Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Butcher and was forced into it by his family; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nicholas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'8". She wears a brown vest and prefers tan and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She has a very tight haircut. She is baby faced.

Personality: Jane wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is greedy
