Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is stubborn though. History: Juliana lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small black clips. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Healer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Healer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to be a navigator again

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. He tends to his Beggar job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is content; and to end his boredom

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe, marred by sweets. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
