History: Jane was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Miner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sybil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
