Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Fisher born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, Jacoba would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She tends to her Fisher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
