History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Joan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
