Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her chestnut hair is wavy and long. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born in the north. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She is greedy; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available she will default to her shortbow. She has slicked back brown hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Gifted from a young age, Emmeline studied abroad. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mason. She became a Mason soon after.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He carries with him a set of tridents on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
