Personality: Matilda is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
