History: Guy was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: Oriel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born in the east to a Guard, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He became a Guard soon after.
