One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She worked as a nervous Servant and found it very stressful. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Servant responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
