History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
