History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Juliana was taken on many hunting expeditions. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jacoba took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
