Description: This woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, and sports empty pouches on her belt. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. After a long history of fighting, Millicent and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a black tunic with white highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'7" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: Nicholas is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Nicholas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Nicholas reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to end his boredom
