History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Locksmith; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Roger is a bit of a follower.
