History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Tim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is greedy

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
