Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
