He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Aline hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Aline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Beatrice was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business
