Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown vest and prefers yellow and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is long and unkept. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His blonde hair is lengthy. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Everard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: Beatrice wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She got into the Knight business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she desires power and/or immortality
