Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
