Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
