History: He was born in a small mountains village. Adelard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Cecily hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her singing career. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'8" when asserting herself. She has wavy white hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
