History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He stands about 6'4" and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull tan iron scale mail. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His ears are large.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Roger was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, brown shirt, and tan tie. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Hadwisa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 6'1" and dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a white coat with yellow slacks. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Joan was born with her mother's beautiful face. Joan was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Joan decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and wants to raise her children well
