History: Born in the south to a Farmer, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in warhammer use. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Roland was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
