History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to be a bellfounder again
