Description: An older man who wears a black tunic with green highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around his shoes, he is not a threatening figure. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
