Personality: Geoffrey is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Geoffrey was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Body Guard. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is a Carter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Hugolina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
